        Shipping costs and methods

        Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

        Available shipping methods include:

        Domestic estimated cost (US Only)

        Standard (3 to 5 business days)

        Priority (2 to 3 business days)

        *All international shipping rates are now calculated based on the weight of the order. Shipping rates can be calculated and previewed at the bottom of the cart page, once items have been added to the cart.

        When will my order ship?

        Please allow Heart and Soul Colors 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times. 

        **Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

        If you are concerned about when an item will ship, please feel free to contact us by using our contact form. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us for a quote and more information.

        How will my order ship?

        By default, shipping will be fulfilled using USPS for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders may have the option for FedEx Ground upon request. Tracking will be automatically included for all qualifying* orders.

        Customs & Import Taxes

        All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Heart and Soul Colors is bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of your purchase. Heart and Soul Colors will not be able to declare a lower value.

        Packaging

        In the interest of being eco-friendly, we reuse packaging from other companies. Thank you for reusing or recycling all packaging received from us!

        Where are your products made?

        Mother Nature and from all around the world! We source products from creative suppliers from all over the globe, including local gem and mineral suppliers from local Southern California mines and environments. 

        We make our one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry in San Diego, California.

        Are your products and/or materials used natural or man-made?

        We have a wide variety of products and materials so if it can naturally be found in the world, ours is natural. For example, all our crystals and gemstones are “natural” with a few exceptions:

        • Goldstone – Goldstone is a man-made,  gorgeous, sparkly stone. Nowhere in the world (at least on this planet) is this stone found in nature.
        • Titanium druzy –  Our druzies can be made up of different stones, such as agate, quartz, or jasper. A Titanium druzy is a druzy that has been coated with titanium, adding a stunning brilliant range of colors in the rainbow spectrum.

        Returns / Exchanges

        Return Policy

        If you are not in love with your Heart and Soul Colors order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date when these conditions are met:

        • Return shipping is postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
        • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

        Exchange Policy

        Exchanges or substitutions within the 30-day return period may be made with prior approval. Shipping costs to return the original item to us is the customer’s responsibility, however, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

        Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

        If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us to arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Heart and Soul Colors must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48-hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
