Returns
If you are not overjoyed with your order, you may make a return or exchange within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, with these conditions met:
- Return shipping is postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges or substitutions within the 30 day return period may be made with prior approval. Shipping costs to return the original item to us is the customer’s responsibility, however, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item, Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us through our contact form within a week’s time!
If your order never arrived, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us through our contact form, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form within a week so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Heart & Soul Colors must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within one week of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
