Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination, and are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Estimated Cost
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Heart & Soul Colors is bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of the purchase. Heart & Soul Colors will not be able to declare a lower value.
All international shipping rates are now calculated based on the weight of the order. Shipping rates can be calculated and previewed at the bottom of the cart page, once items have been added to the cart.

When will my order ship?
Please allow Heart and Soul Colors 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.
**Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

How will my order ship?
By default, shipping will be fulfilled using USPS for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders may have the option for FedEx Ground upon request. Tracking will be automatically included for all qualifying* orders.

What if my order never arrived?
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us through our contact form, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
